I’ve been coming to this café almost every day, and it’s become one of the best parts of my routine. The coffee is consistently excellent – smooth, perfectly balanced and always served at just the right temperature – but what really makes this place special is the people. Sam, Reece and Shruti deserve a huge thank you. They somehow remember everyone’s names and orders, and they do it with genuine warmth. Their energy sets the tone for the whole shop, and it’s clear they care about making each visit a good one. The rest of the team are just as fantastic, always friendly, efficient and happy to have a chat. It’s rare to find a café that nails both quality and atmosphere, but this one does it day after day. If you’re after great coffee and even better service, you won’t be disappointed.

Had a lovely lunch at this cozy little café today. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a great vibe that made it easy to relax. The food was fresh and flavorful — clearly made with care. Stopped by for a quick coffee and was pleasantly surprised! The service was excellent — Shruti, the barista, was absolutely amazing. She greeted me warmly, handled everything with great professionalism, and made one of the best coffees I’ve had in a long time. Perfect balance, rich flavor, and served with a smile. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!

Great coffee and amazing service. Have been going to this coffee shop almost daily for around 2 years and they always make my chaotic morning just a little more bearable. Sam, Reece, Shruti and all the staff really are pleasant and friendly. Great way to start my day.

We had a wonderful lunch for 3 at Play Coffee in Beecroft. The food was excellent and perfectly cooked, with battered fish and chips, chicken nuggets with chips and ham croissant being ordered along with drinks. Sam served us and was extremely polite and helpful and made the meal a very relaxed and enjoyable experience. Sam's demeanour was very professional.
